The litigation department has a broad base of expertise and experience in all aspects of litigation conducted in the High Court, Magistrate’s Court, Labour Court and in Arbitration proceedings. However, we are acutely aware of the expense of litigation and consequently, where possible, explore alternative methods to achieve dispute resolution.
